CfAR grants for postdoctoral researchers’ productions awarded



Centre for Artistic research (CfAR) had a steering group meeting 2.3.2018. Decisions about the production grants for spring 2018 were made at that meeting. The application period ended 28.2.2018. The Centre received all together 10 applications made by 9 persons and 1 group. Funding can only be granted if the researchers is a member of Uniarts Helsinkis staff or an affiliated/visiting researcher that has research funding. The sum that was awarded was 5 100 euro.

Anu Vehviläinen, University lecturer & Kirsi Heimonen, Visiting researcher & Petri Kaverma, Post-doctoral researcher: WORKSHOP: EXPLORING THE CO-WORKING THROUGH THE NOTION OF SILENCE, 800 euro
Guadalupe López Íñiguez, Post-doctoral researcher: Transforming Beethoven and Mendelssohn: Chamber Music on Historical Instruments, 800 euro
 
A report on the grant must be submitted within two months after the execution of the production. The grant may be recovered if the report is not submitted. The grant cannot be carried over to the year 2019 if a production that was planned for 2018 is cancelled. The persons/group that have been awarded grants will be contacted separately concerning payments of grants.
