The symposium venue is Helsinki Music Centre. You can also take part to the conference online in Zoom.

Registration is open from 13 April until 18 May 2022 (EEST +03:00 at 23:59).

Onsite registration fees include entry to the full program, Lyyti registration service commissions, info materials, reception on the evening of the opening day, as well as tea and coffee during the symposium day sessions.

Online registration fee includes all the online program, the keynote lectures and the opening and closing words.
   
Uniarts Helsinki registrations: If your study programme or Uniarts Helsinki pays your fee, please add the unit or project number for your payment in this form. The registration fees of Uniarts members (presenters, staff and students) will be invoiced internally by the university’s Financial Services.

Notice: it is not possible to make a registration payment with a Uniarts` credit card.

Register to the Symposium by paying the fee + banking costs 4 €. After registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a receipt of payment. Please, save the documents.

Our symposium venue is the Helsinki Music Centre, Mannerheimintie 13 a / Töölönlahdenkatu 16 C.

An info desk will be open during symposium hours for registration matters, symposium materials and information.

Accommodation

 

The organizers have negotiated a number of reduced-rate hotel rooms for participants the rescheduled conference (please see below). For reservation links and discount codesplease contact the organizers (networks2022@uniarts.fi). 

1) Our budget option is the Omena Hotel chain (room rates start at about 80 € / night). By using our reservation code, you will get a discount of 10 % on all bookings between June 1-4, 2022. Please note that this offer is valid until May 10, 2022.

 2) Our mid-range options are Scandic Hakaniemi & Scandic Paasi, with discount room rates (valid for June 1-5, 2022) as follows:

- Scandic Paasi: standard room 199 € / night (single room), 219 € / night (double room); superior room 219 € / night (single room), 239 € / night (double room)

- Scandic Hakaniemi: standard room 179 € / night (single room), 199 € / night (double room); superior room 199 € / night (single room), 219 € / night (double room)

You can book your room online, via e-mail or phone with a specific reservation code. Please note that this offer is valid until May 15, 2022.

3) Our high-range option is Hotel Crowne Plaza, with a discount room rate of 219 € / night (single or double room) between May 31 and June 5, 2022. The reservation link will be available soon. Please note that this offer is valid until May 18, 2022.

The venue is at the heart of Helsinki, and there are lots of accommodation possibilities available. However, the last weeks of May and first weeks of June are a somewhat busy time in Helsinki hotels, so an early booking may be well-advised. We encourage also browsing the Helsinki accommodation options via e.g. booking.com.
