Registration is open from 15 December 2020 to 15 February 2021. The registration fee can be paid online via credit card.
 

Early bird fees from 15 December 2020 to 31 January 2021:

• 130 € for non-ESA members (from countries category band 1)

• 80 € for ESA members

Late fees 1 - 15 February 2021:

• 155 € for non-ESA members (from countries category band 1)

• 105 € for ESA members

Reduced fees from 15 December 2020 to 15 February 2021:

• 55 € for all participants from countries with a low gross national income (countries not in category band 1)

• 55 € for all freelancer artists
   

Cancellation policy: 50 % until February 21, no refund after this date. Cancellations via email to the conference office: esa-arts2021@uniarts.fi.
