The Programme is in Helsinki-Time (EEST +3)​ and the Conference Programme platform is Zoom.​

The links to the daily programme will be sent to the registered participants each morning​. The lenght of the presentations varies from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Please notice, you are not allowed to share the links for the persons, who are not registered for the conference.
 

Installing Zoom

  • Make sure you have the latest Zoom installed, your device works fine and you have good headphones & microphone.
     

  • We strongly recommend that you install the Zoom app (“Zoom Client for Meetings”) on your device well in advance before the event and try it out. In theory, it is possible to use Zoom without registering and in browser mode, but the best way to ensure all necessary features work is to install the app.
     

  • If you already have the app installed, please make sure your Zoom is up to date! (In the app, click your initials on the upper right corner -> Check for updates)
     

 Joining a Zoom meeting

  • Zoom links to the slots, keynotes and other programme will be sent by email to registered delegates during the week of the conference. You will get the links to the daily program every morning before the beginning of the slots.
     

  • Every slot has its own Zoom link.
     

Zoom basic etiquette

  • Please, use your full name in the Zoom meetings. This will help the Moderator in hosting and identifying participants.
     

  • When joining a meeting, please note your microphone will be automatically muted and your video will be off.  We kindly ask you to keep your microphone muted when you are not speaking.
     

  • Please, join the Zoom Slots on time – Presenters and Moderators should join 10min before the slot starting time to test the equipment and the needed Zoom features​.
     

  • Every slot has a Moderator and Zoom Host. The Zoom Host will help participants to get into the slot, share their screen (if the speaker has any technical challenges) and help the moderator by following the chatbox. The Zoom Host also shares the co-hosting rights with the conference Presenters and Moderators.
     

  • Zoom has a Chat function that you can use to send messages both privately to individual participants and the whole group.
     

  • The main conference platform is Zoom.
