Protecting your hearing

You should always protect your hearing. Musicians must pay attention to both their working environment and the training environment. In small spaces, noise exposure becomes excessive surprisingly fast. You should protect your ears from noise in your free time, too. Before you grab a hammer, drill or a lawnmower, make sure you are wearing ear plugs or muffs.
