Self-reflection - harjoittelu
Evaluating your own actions and practice is all part of working effectively. Set yourself suitable goals and remember to stop occasionally and think about how appropriate your efforts have been. Take note of even your smallest steps forward - they will motivate you by giving you faith in your ability to learn.
Progress in small steps. Learning is a slow process that includes crises and plateaus. Greet them all cheerfully and remember that progress is often born of crisis. Shape your working practices. A small change or difference is often enough to boost the process.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Employ those methods that generate results, but don't continue with things that don't work, even if abandoning old habits is difficult. Use your creativity and find new ways of practicing.
